Would their character be scared or would he be iron fisted, and try to defend himself? So the player can make whatever choice he or she chooses to make for the RP character they have created and they are playing as. Personally, as a rule of the server, it is stupid because RP is about character development and the player putting himself in his character's shoes. This is also especially important during PD raids as the police spawn in the PD.įearRP is quite debateable. Superior Servers use this logic with raiding and NLR and it works very well. However, if the defenders die, I think they are allowed to go back to their base that is being raided and make an attempt to take it back. To this, I think that during a raid, if the attackers die they can’t raid the same place again for some time. If you die in the middle of a raid, you can’t go back there for x amount of seconds. Personally, I would have NLR but only to an extent. I feel as though NLR is forced a lot, however I don’t think there is a lot I can say about it, it's mainly up to the server. All in all, the way I see it with RDM, and RP as a whole, is that it's about the jobs and roles. These are the types of players that should be punished. If they die however, they have to wait another 10-20 minutes before doing it again. But how do we solve mass RDM? Well, what I would do is make a job for a terrorist or a psychopath, and once every 10-20 minutes can they perform a mass shootout. However, going back to my previous point, the player could be roleplaying as some sort of homicidal maniac. Now like I said, there are some aspects that should be taken to account. It's not that the victim's care about server rules, it’s that they’re mad because they died. Players need to stop moaning all the time to an admin because they died without reason. The assailant of RDM might be roleplaying as a killer or a psychopath.
Personally, if a player kills another without reason, it really doesn’t matter. So what should you do about it? Well, there's only certain aspects of RDM you should take into account.
